This privacy policy explains how Unnik collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection law.
1. Data controller
Unnik is the data controller for the personal data collected via this website. If you have questions, contact us at hei@unnik.no.
2. What information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company (optional)
- Service, budget and the content of your message
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, provide a quote. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in following up on requests (art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Storage period
We store the information only as long as necessary to follow up on the inquiry, and delete it when no longer relevant.
5. Sharing of information
We never sell personal data. The form is sent as email via our email provider (data processor). The information is not shared with other third parties without your consent, unless we are legally required to do so.
6. Cookies
We use no tracking or marketing cookies. We only store a technical setting in your browser to remember that you have read this privacy notice. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in doing so your IP address is transferred to Google to deliver the font.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent and object to the processing. Send an email to hei@unnik.no for å benytte rettighetene dine.
If you believe we process data in breach of the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
